Facilitating change.

If Agile initiatives are dependent on organisational change, how do we facilitate this change?

This half to full day workshop combines group exercises, facilitated discussion and talks to look at the following aspects of facilitating organisational change:

• Creating a safe environment for change
• The role of reflective practice in Agile initiatives 
• Challenges associated with developing a reflective practice

This workshop will integrate concepts from INSEAD's Global Leadership Centre and several other schools of thought about facilitating organisational change. 
Participants leave the workshop with:

• a deeper understanding of the importance of safe space for facilitating organisational change
• tangible actions that they can test in their own organisations.
• techniques for self-observation as a change agent
• different experiences and learning from other participants
