This workshop is designed to help leadership teams create a more effective delivery organisation. The exercises and facilitated discussions in this workshop are designed to help you examine your own thinking about leadership and some of the mental models that are guiding your decision making. We explore one's approach to leadership and the type of delivery culture a leadership team is trying to develop.
While our work is placed within the context of Lean Agile delivery, Agile is not the focus of the workshop.
The objectives of this workshop are to help participants:
develop more effective delivery organisations;
develop greater confidence in their role;
gain a deeper understanding of the mental models and inner narratives of leadership that are guiding their decision making;
gain insight into possible personal leadership blind spots;
gain a deeper understanding of colleagues perceptions about leadership and high-performance delivery organisations;
develop deeper listening techniques;
gain insight into some of the emotional challenges of working in groups;
Who should attend? The workshop is designed for leadership teams, whether you are leading a startup, part of a consultancy or working in a corporate environment. Roles that have attended include CEO, COO, Director of Delivery, programme manager and coach.
Much of the material introduced on this workshop draws from a leadership development and executive coaching programme taught at the business school INSEAD.
